According to the data obtained by the science of epigenetics in the last 20 years, it has been proven that only 5% of genes are associated with diseases, while 95% of them are related to lifestyle, which is stated as environmental factors. Body & Mind balancing daily routine recommendations have been scientifically proven to have protective and promoting effects on human general health in Ayurvedic Medicine, which covers experiences dating back to approximately 3500 years.

Ebru Şinik is a Wellbeing Coach, Ayurveda Instructor and Holistic Health Author and the Founding President of the Yükselen Çağ Wellbeing Academy and is also the Wellbeing Association

As a student of Dr. Deepak Chopra, Şinik's books on holistic health, her publications in various media and 4 different Preventive Medicine Professional Certificate Programmes, in which she is the leading lecturer, are shown among the leaders who pioneered the wellbeing movement for transformation, self-care in our daily routines and healthy habits.

Şinik, who started Europe's first Wellbeing Coach Certification Programme under the roof of Gedik University, is also representing the Wellbeing Ambassador of Mercedes-Benz in the She's Mercedes project for 3 years.  Şinik has been a speaker at conferences in different countries for more than ten years and her published books are Your Genes Are Not Your Destiny, Life Hidden in the Breath, Holistic Detox Recommendations from Ebru Şinik and the annual Wellbeing Agenda.

 

Mert Şinik has spent the last 25 years as the founder and manager of different companies, adding his business experience in the global and local arena to the brand as a founding partner. As a visionary and meticulous businessman who anticipates new trends in the business world, he directs the financial and operational activities of the brand and continues to work in his companies operating in different sectors in his field of expertise.

 

Didem Şinik Arıkan specialises in corporate communications. Believing in the power of business to create change, she has worked as a communication consultant for multinational FMCG companies, fast-trade companies and ministries for more than thirty years. She is passionate about helping companies unlock the value of sustainability for their business and their brand, and has deep experience in convincing people of sustainable lifestyles and new ideas. She has been a Board Member of the Corporate Communications Association and Wellbeing Association for the last three terms.
