Ayurveda, which means Science of Life in Sanskrit, is a 3500-year-old Holistic and Preventive Medicine system based on the Vedic Science and Culture of India and is a wide range of wisdom that helps people to stay balanced and fit in every aspect of their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.  Ayurveda is not only a system of curing disease, but is also referred to as "Preventive Medicine" or "Preventive Medicine".

The main goal of Ayurveda is to first determine the type of body&mind constitution (dosha) that a person is born with and in case of any imbalance, to find the source of the symptoms and to make comprehensive recommendations in daily life routines to restore the balance.
